How does it work?

This is a free, no BS, ten day challenge. You’ll take a small action every day and learn ways to get yourself unstuck.

You’ll get a daily email. I keep it short and give you something useful to think about. You’ll also get a quick video where I give you some more ideas about how all of this works. I’m around to answer questions you might have or if you need some support.

You’ll learn an easy framework for making positive change happen. This isn’t magic, it’s constructed on evidence-based psychological principles. The good news is this framework scales up and you can use it again and again.

Why ten days?

I think for real positive change to happen you need to really experience what it is like to live in a different way. I believe you can experience life differently when you’ve made a change for ten days. You can always go longer if you like.

I also send occasional emails with ideas about how to have the life you want, relate to difficult feelings in smarter ways, and be more satisfied in your relationships.
