This skill-building course isn't therapy, but it is based in the psychological principles I use with my patients.
It's a combination of self-study, group videoconferencing, and individual coaching. You’ll do some advanced reading and thinking, as well as try out some skills that can move you forward. We’ll have three 1.5 hour videoconference sessions where I’ll provide a lot more content, you can share your experience, ask questions and get support from others. You’ll also have an opportunity for targeted work with me in a 30 minute one-on-one video session.
During the videoconferences I’ll be presenting practical information and also having you try out some new methods for making change happen. There will be time for questions.You’ll get some simple homework to make this a richer experience for you.
All three 1.5 hour videoconferences will be held at 6:30pm - 8:00pm PDST.
One-on-one 30 minute video coaching sessions will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time during the week of 9/23/2019.
